Rules & Regulations

• •1. The competition is open for individual participation only.
• •2. Each participant must prepare the poster at home; no poster will be created on the competition day.
• •3. Only hand-drawn posters are allowed; digital posters or printouts are not permitted.
• •4. The poster must be original and strictly based on the given theme.
• •5. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
• •6. The poster must be made on A3/A2 chart paper as specified by the organizers.
• •7. Name, Class, Roll Number, and Branch must be written on the front side at the bottom-right corner.
• •8. The poster must be submitted on the specified date and time; late submissions will not be accepted.
• •9. Posters will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, clarity of message, and overall presentation.
• •10. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
