Rules & Regulations

• •1. Participants must bring their own face painting materials, including colors, brushes, sponges, wipes, and mirrors.
• •2. Only skin-safe, non-toxic, and washable colors are allowed. Use of harmful or permanent paints is strictly prohibited.
• •3. Time limit will be strictly followed. Participants must complete their artwork within the given time.
• •4. Theme (if any) will be announced on the spot and must be followed.
• •5. Models must be arranged by the participants themselves.
• •6. Use of offensive, inappropriate, or political content in designs is strictly prohibited.
• •7. Participants must maintain cleanliness at their workstation and dispose of waste responsibly.
• •8. Judges' decision will be final and binding.
• •9. Any form of misconduct or violation of rules may lead to immediate disqualification.
